Nick is a Stockbridge native who returned to the Berkshires in 2009 after practicing law in Boston. Nick’s practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, zoning, permitting and land use matters, construction law, employment law, corporate entity formation and estate planning. Nick previously was an associate at the Boston firm Vena, Riley, Deptula LLP, where he concentrated on construction litigation matters representing a broad range of clients, including public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. Nick also served as Deputy General Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Labor, managing the Wage and Hour Law programs for the Commonwealth, including interpretation of the prevailing wage, minimum wage and overtime laws.
Nick is Chairman of the Lee Finance Committee, is a Board member of the non-profit Construct, Inc., and serves on the Board of the Southern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce.
Nick is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. He attended Suffolk University Law School (JD 2005), the University of Vermont (BA 1997), and Salisbury School (1993).
